Who the litter box with mat and step suits
A good fit when
This is the covered box for a cat that needs a little help getting in. The step shortens the climb, and the honeycomb mat under it catches the litter that leaves on the paws.
The sides stand 5.9 inches high and a 3.75-inch shield sits on top, so digging stays inside. You can use it closed, with the folding door open, or with the front off. The pan lifts out for a rinse without moving the rest.
Know before you buy
- The mat and step add to the footprint in front of the box. Leave room for them.
- It suits cats up to 16 lb, like our other covered boxes.
- It comes in gray, beige and pink. There is no black in this version.

I really like this box. My cat was scared of it in the beginning. I took the tops off and she started using it. Ive put the first layer of top on now after several months. Im going to set the next layer of top down on the floor next to the box for her to get used to seeing it. Then slowly work at getting it n there. Its so easy to scoop the poop 💩. I also went with tofu cat litter. Great no stink at all. 🥰
